Preparation :
In a clean bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, salt and ghee. Then mix semolina and powdered milk in it and mix well. You can mix vanilla essence or cardamom powder to remove egg odor. Once the dough is ready, leave it like this for five minutes .
Take a little from the prepared dough and press it on the palm of the hand and make it with the shape of your choice. Make everything like this. Then put the pan in the oven and put enough oil in it. When the oil is hot, leave the cakes in it. Reduce heat and fry over time. When it turns brown, lower it and serve. It stays good for up to two days at normal temperature .
