How To Make Kacchi Biryani Recipe

What if there is no raw biryani in different festivals! At present, everyone, big or small, likes raw biryani. Many people think that it is very difficult to cook raw biryani at home! This idea is wrong. Because if you try, you can cook raw at home more deliciously than biryani house. Here's an easy recipe for cooking raw biryani .

Materials

Basmati rice

1 kg

Khasi meat

2 kg (medium pieces, with bones)

Ginger paste

2 Tablespoons

Garlic paste

1 Tbsp

Cinnamon

3-4 Pieces

Green cardamoms

8-10 Pieces

Black cardamoms

4-5 Pieces

Clove

Half a teaspoon

Jayatri powder

1 Teaspoon

Nutmeg

Half a Teaspoon

Sour yogurt

1 Cup

Ghee

3-4 Cups

Shahi cumin

1/3  Teaspoon

Potatoes (medium)

3-5 Pieces

Chopped onion

1 Cup

Water

8 Cups

Salt

to taste

Powdered Milk

2  Tablespoons

Saffron

1  Pinch

Potato Bokhara

10 – 12 Pieces

Flour

2 Cups


Preparation method :

First wash the rice and drain the water. Now wash the meat and soak it with salt for 15-20 minutes. After 20 minutes, wash the meat again and drain the water .

Now you have to grind all the spices including dried chilli, cinnamon, cardamom, cumin, clove, jaggery, nutmeg, kebab sugar and cumin. Now put meat, powdered spices and yoghurt in a pot and leave it for 30 minutes.

Now boil 6 cups of water in another pot. Add rice as soon as the water boils. Once the rice is a little boiled, drain the water and store in a container. Saffron kusum should be mixed in hot water.

Ghee should be mixed with hot rice water. In a meat pot, add hot water mixed with fried potatoes, onion, potato bokhara and ghee one by one. Now pour the saffron mixture with rice on top and add the rest of the ghee-mixed hot water.

Remember, water should not come on the rice. Now mix the flour and seal it well with the lid of the pot and put it in the oven. The lid should be sealed only after softening the dough so that there is no gap.

Cook over medium heat for one to one and a half hours. In the meantime, the aroma of cooking biryani will be on your nose. Then look down to see if everything is OK. Serve with kebabs and chutney.
