Method |
1 ) First break the egg in a big
pot and mix salt, black pepper powder, a little cumin powder and coriander
leaves in it. |
2 ) Now heat the oven and let the
butter or oil heat in a pan. Keep the stove on medium heat. |
3 ) Then lightly fry it with
mushroom paste, onion paste and green chilli paste. |
4 ) When it is fried, stir in the
tomatoes a little. Then pour the beaten egg mixture. |
5 ) Spread the mixture all over the
pan like egg fry and cover with lid and wait 1 minute. |
6 ) Then carefully invert the
omelette. When both sides are well fried, turn off the oven. |
