How to Make Rasmalai

First you have to mix ghee, flour and baking powder well in powdered milk. Then break the egg well and mix the milk mixture to make dough so that it is not too hard.

Now you have to make golla in the shape of your choice by applying ghee on your hands, you must make the gollas smaller. Because if you leave it in milk, it will double in size.

In another container, two liters of liquid milk should be mixed with one liter of milk. Now put sugar and cardamom in the oven on low heat. If the milk feels too thin, you can mix a little powdered milk.

Once the malai is done, the heat of the stove should be moderated and all the golla milk should be given one by one. Put it in the oven on medium heat for 10 minutes and take it down. Do not move too much in any way. When it is cold, leave it in the fridge for a while and serve it with nuts .
